  Paid around $4500 this included $700 to
  have it shipped to my door 
  (which I had to do 7 loads from the freight
  company to my house) 
  Received the product on a broken pallet
  with a fair bit missing after a lot of phone
  calls very poor customer service and a
  very rude man who I assumed is the boss
  but will never know as he never once said
  his name most of the time I had to ask if I was
  talking to cubby kraft. I had to email my missing
  list at least three times as they thought I
  was “cheating” them even though I will never
  understood why I would want extra planks or
  random accessories ones with I opted in and
  paid extra for as well only after months of calling
  and emailing was then told to go to mitre ten and
  buy the things I needed and send them a invoice!
  After paying $700 in shipping I think they should
  have sent the products they misplaced! The finish
  on the wood is terrible.
  I spent A LOT of money to be treated like s**t after
  I paid. I am so disgusted in the way they carry their 
  Business that I wanted to write this review and 
  warn people just how hard this guy is to work with! 
  If you get your product with nothing missing then 
  Everything will be fine but all of the reviews I had read 
  All say they are missing bits and pieces and they all 
  Say just how terrible the customer service is. 
  Also as a side note if you don’t get it up straight away 
  Because you are trying to work out how to do it or 
  Don’t have the cash to pay upfront for the missing 
  Wood only later to be reimbursed (and after the many 
  Conversations and being told off I’m not even sure if they
  Will do that) then don’t bother calling him because he
  Won’t even give you the time of the day he talks over 
  You and is so rude.
